I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff when it came to helping senior guests with their luggage. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more proactive in offering their assistance, especially for those of us who may struggle with heavy bags.

The hotel was reasonably clean, there were lovely friendly and attentive staff and GREAT breakfasts. The room was modern and stylish, especially the bed was comfy. Also, location was amazing, at a moderate distance from a historic museum. A market and a convenience store were right next door. I enjoyed a pleasant restaurant with a Chinese menu.

The hotel had great and magnificent location next to Kaohsiung as well as the central shopping district. Furthermore, near mrt station. We got room with modern decor and a nice bathroom to relax. The food selection at breakfast was great.

That the hotel didn't have a happening nightlife scene. As teenagers, we were looking for somewhere to party and meet new people our age.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. the spacious room with a large bed was a highlight of our stay.

The hotel lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable for us as non-smokers. The odor in the bathroom was an issue that persisted throughout our stay.
